Talal Dhulaymi is one of the most experienced figures in the Arab World media and communications universe. Based in Jeddah, he is currently Chairman of TPH DDB and Landmark PR & Events and Board Member of OMD M.E. He graduated from the American University of Beirut and got his MBA from the University of Portland, Oregon, USA. For more than 30 years, he has been active in Media and advertising in the Gulf region. Talal is a founder and the first CEO of the Middle East Network of TMI which was rebranded JWT later on. He established and managed AMS as the media house of MBC, the leading Pan-Arab satellite TV service, and MBC FM, the first FM radio service in Saudi Arabia in addition to his role as Vice President Marketing - MBC Group. He joined Promoaction DDB towards the end of 1999, as Chairman and helped founding new subsidiaries, and together with other Omnicom agencies, founded OMD - M.E. Member of IPRA (International Public Relations Association), and a Board Member of IAA (International Advertising Association). He headed important local and regional advertising and research industry organizations. He also chaired the organizing committee of the 6th Advista Arabia Conference, the first advertising conference ever to take place in Saudi Arabia, in Jeddah during March 2004.

Najam chair's TPH/DDB in the Middle East region. He started his career in advertising in United Kingdom and founded Promoaction Advertising in 1988. In 1992 he collaborated with DDB to launch the network in the Middle East and has since been responsible for the network's expansion in the Gulf, Levant & Pakistan. Now based in the UAE, he also chairs Rapp, and other group subsidiaries.
Over the years his reputation as an innovative leader in the communications is built on his sustained advisory role to the agency's clients and helping brands achieve leadership positions within their categories. He strongly believes that the radical shift of converging communications changes the nature of advertising and is therefore critical for advertising agencies to address this challenge with new strategies.
Najam also chair's MS&N Lifestyles a family private equity company that looks to invest in healthcare, hospitality, Education and other socially responsible ventures.
Najam is a graduate of LCC, and has lived in the middle-east Region for the past 25 years.

Chief Financial Officer
Post his graduation in Finance & Accounting, Karim joined one of the reputable audit firms in Lebanon before he moved to UAE in 1998 to start his accounting career with Electro Industries. In year 2000 he joined Accenture as a Chief Accountant until 2002 when the company moved out its operations from UAE. Karim then joined Fugro MAPS as Group Finance & Administration Manager, prompted to Director in 2014, handling the group's finance and admin. aspects in UAE, KSA, Germany, Lebanon and Africa. In 2008 he moved to the advertising & media industry by joining BE International as Group Finance Director looking after UAE, KSA, Bahrain, Qatar and China offices.
In February 2010 Karim joined the TPH group as Group CFO handling all financial aspects in GCC, Levant and Pakistan. His responsibilities include preparation of strategic financial plans, annual budgets, monthly & quarterly reviews, CAPEX, ensures that effective internal controls are in place and set up policies & procedures. During his tenure at TPH Group he successfully handled several Mergers & Acquisitions and Business Consolidation including the conduct of Due Diligence on various business opportunities, his work was highly recognized for the smooth transition during and post the transactions.
Administration Director - KSA
Having attained various degrees in management and computer science, Mutaz'a ambition drove him to attend additional courses in graphic design software, thus giving him an edge in the communication industry. Once in the workforce, Mutaz solidified his reputation as a hard working and dedicated team member, tackling roles such as Assistant Director General of Sudan Examinations, and Administration Manager at CISCO. Having joined PDDB in 1998 as Assistant Administration Director, Mutaz proved his professionalism and capabilities, and was soon promoted to Administration Director for PDDB KSA.
